NO HOURLY RATES: We believe it is of mutual benefit to charge by the service rather than by the hour. Since our staff's experience varies we believe it is better to charge you a flat rate rather than charge you for the varied time each technician may take to correct your problems. Our minimum charge to be on-site is $95.00 and is non-refundable. In each cases we will apply this towards the resolution. |

- Desktops & Laptops - $95.00: Examination and Diagnosis of one (1) Desktop/Laptop to address issues reported by user. Includes a full Hardware and Software Scan and Recommendations.
- Servers - $190.00: Examination and Diagnosis of one (1) Server to address issues reported by user. Includes a full Hardware and Software Scan and Recommendations.
- Networks - $190.00: Analyze existing network for security leaks, cabling flaws, expansion capabilities, WiFi corruption.

- Monthly Workstation - $55.00/ea. Monthly / $95.00/ea. Quarterly:
- Monthly Scheduled On-site O/S Service Visit

- Data Backup - $150.00: Backup of User Specified Data from one (1) Hard Disk Drive to a CD/DVD, USB External Hard Disk Drive or USB Pen Drive.
- Data Migration - $190.00: Migration of User Specified Data from one (1) Desktop/Laptop to another Desktop/Laptop.
- Operating System Restore - $295.00:
- Backup and Migration of all client data.
- Installation of a Licensed pre-existing or upgraded Microsoft Operating System.
